Yes, this property is still for sale. Once I do sell it, I will immediately take this website down. My email is: jratcliffscarab@gmail.com and my cell phone number is 314-276-2180.

Here is a Google Earth satellite image of the property. I drew the lines on top as close as I could to match the exact property lines. This should give you a better sense of scale for just how much shoreline is included with this property. Note the huge boat docks directly across the other side of the cove to give you a sense of perspective.
This is for five acres with over a 1,000 foot of shoreline in a private cove called McDavid Hollow at mile marker 69. The building lot is at the top of the bluff on flat area with a great view of the lake and many trees.
The lot itself is undeveloped but does have electric and a deep well already dug. There is an excellent building site at the top of the hill on PP. All along the shoreline, from QQ to PP is relatively flat and a great place to set up a recreational area as well as, of course, to place some docks.
If you are interested in the property simply send me an email with your contact information. Or call me at 314-276-2180. Especially call me if you plan to visit the property so I can help explain where the boundaries are and how to identify them.
See the previous post which gives a great deal of detailed information about the lot.
Just this past weekend my wife and I went down to the property to put up some for sale signs and record some video of the site. I will be uploading some videos of me walking the property. Not the most exciting video in the world, but it should give you a better sense of how the lot is laid out and, if you end up going to check the property out, it will give you a really good frame of reference.
A popular place to visit right by the property is Cardinal Cove. This is a restaurant, bar, motel, and boat dock. The food is exceptional and the rates for a room very cheap. I found this online use review of Cardinal Cove right here.

This time we drove down we got better directions and took advantage of a significant shortcut by driving a few miles on Cable Ridge Road. Cable Ridge road is a gravel road that you drive on just a few miles but it saves a long way around if you stay on blacktop the entire way.

-- From my recent Craigs list posting:
Just in time for spring, I am offering for sale my lake front property in Lake of the Ozarks. This is an incredible piece of property; not only a great building site for a vacation/retirement home but also a nice investment property as well.
I am selling the property because, even though my wife and I had originally planned to retire in the Lake of the Ozarks, we have since decided to stay where we are in Lake St. Louis. We have owned this property for about four years, and haven't done any development on it.
This is an amazing piece of property if you like privacy and want a lot of shoreline. Located around mile marker 69 in McDavid Hollow, this property includes over 1,000 feet of relatively flat shoreline in a beautiful private cove. There are around two acres of relatively flat shoreline available for recreation; a picnic area, docks, small cabin, etc. Continuing up the hill is a large flat building area. There is already an electric hookup and there appears to be a deep well. We did not put the well in ourselves, but it seems to be in fine condition.
Other than that the property is undeveloped and ready for you to do with as you please. The only restrictions on the property is that you cannot put a trailer or RV there. The intention of the development association is for people to put nice homes on this part of the Lake. You can, however, put a manufactured home on the lot if you wish. The property is easily accessible and has blacktop roads almost all of the way the lake.
Even though I feel the property is a good investment, since our retirement plans have changed we would like to move that investment elsewhere if possible. We feel the price offered is very reasonable and, while we are willing to negotiate a little, we are not going to change the asking price by a dramatic amount. We are *not* going through a real estate agent, so no one else is getting a cut of the deal. I will be more open to negotiate for a simple cash deal.
It is very difficult to find property like this in Lake of the Ozarks, as few lots have this much flat shoreline with as much acreage and a nice building lot to boot. I know, because we spent a lot of time looking to find this one.
While this property is a bit further out West than the more developed areas, still this is a growing region with many exciting developments happening nearby.
Interested buyers may contact me by email at: jratcliffscarab@gmail.com or by phone at 314-276-2180.
Since this is undeveloped property I don't have a whole lot more to say about it than what I have available online, but if you are interested please feel free to get in touch.
